Today I want to pose a question to us.Is it right to move out with clients of a company you have worked for and gotten paid for let us say five years, and take them to competition?

When I left my job in an audit firm, I opened Esther Muchemi and Co but I vowed that I will not in any way deliberately, walk out with any of the clients of that firm. I struggled from scratch and to be honest, I can testify that the peace you get from knowing you did it this way, is worth every other benefit.

Many of my businesses happen to be in industries where this is a common practice. It is like it is okay But is it really okay? Destroying the hand that has fed you for 5 years in the name of greener pastures? Why not just move and start a fresh?
