A great mind without a great heart is a danger to the society. It is people with great minds that bring transformation in the society. But more so they must have great hearts as a minimum!

This approach will balance the capitalistic nature of our current society.
Great hearts feel people. These persons will make money but use the money to help humanity. These persons will come with innovations and share it for the benefit of mankind .

They will not engage in matters that oppress the youth, the orphans, the poor or the widowed. These persons wont take away our resources that are set aside for our hospitals , our dams, our schools and so on. They reach out to help because they have a great heart.

But my best people are people who have a great mind, a great heart and believe in a great God. Such leaders whether in politics, business, churches, social institutions and the like will bring amazing transformation in our country. Lets look out for such leaders in our country, in our institutions and in our businesses.
