The society today has conditioned us to perceive being young as the most privileged position. And perhaps it is! What with the beauty, the energy, the health and so on. You have time on your hands, you can afford to take risks….

It is indeed a good stage of our lives. However, it is good to remember; your great grandmother/father was there; your father/mother was there; your teacher was there; your leaders were there, Indeed there is nothing new in regards to this matter.

The big questions I keep on asking myself-:

1. What will I represent when Iam 100 years?
2. What will you represent when you are 30 ,40 ,70 90 or 100.
3. What you want to be in years to come should be your focus today.

The way you purpose to live your life today will greatly determine how your future will be. Let us not be consumed by the moment. The future needs to be conquered today. It is from the bottom we start our mountain climbing journey. Let us be awakened to this fact.

Are you ready to start perceiving the future from the present? Or are you still crowded by the vanity of the present? God desires to give you hope and a future, but you must cooperate in your present.  Have a beautiful day as you ponder on what you would like your future to look like. We are all work-in- progress.
