I have talked several time on us finding our purpose. But the big question today is how do you move from there? You need to take steps and make moves that allow you to get the results, the impact of your purpose. This is best measured by the people you impact on. The people around you. The community you build around you and the world at large.

Here we are talking about legacy. The conversation around legacy is often associated with those people about to exit the world. My understanding is that each one of us can keep creating mini-legacies that will build to our overall legacy.

In your job, in you circles of friends, in your community, in your business community what can people remember you for? That’s part of your legacy. How do you do that? By identifying your purpose in each place and moving into significance, little by little.
