Truly ,who do people say you are? I find it difficult to consistently deal with people who I don’t know what they stand for or what I stand for. People who will smile with me but when am away they are my haters. People who today will deliver results but tomorrow they won’t and even worse they don’t care. People who are loyal today but tomorrow they are betrayers. People who will stand with you today but tomorrow they are nowhere. The descriptions of such contradictions are so many.

As a businessperson you should watch against such people. The business world by nature is very unpredictable.  You don’t want increase the unpredictability by working and involving yourself with unpredictable characters. Work towards creating workers and partners that help you create predictability in a world that is very tough. Employers who are also predictable are more fun to work with. Those that place their demand with clarity and certainty.  And this is derived first and foremost by understanding who we are and allowing others to understand who we are too.

Human beings are complex, so as entrepreneurs we need to keep on unmasking this complex resource. Don’t rest until you get it right. It is all worth the effort. Do people know who you are or do they see and know a shadow of who you are? Let’s make it easier for all of us by being sincere.  Sincerity improves productivity.  That’s so so true.
